Pursuant to Resolution No. 2009/2010-36, the Cinnaminson Sewerage Authority requests qualified individuals and firms to submit proposals to furnish the following services which are anticipated to exceed $17,500 for the period February 9, 2010 through February 14, 2011:

·    Solicitor (RFP 2010-1)

·    Engineer (RFP 2010-2)

·    Auditor (RFP 2010-3)

·    Bond Counsel (RFP 2010-4)

·    Liability Insurance Broker (RFP 2010-5)

·    Health Benefits Insurance Broker (RFP 2010-6)

Proposals will be evaluated by the Cinnaminson Sewerage Authority on the basis of the most advantageous, price and other factors considered.  The evaluation will consider:

a. Qualifications, experience, and reputation in the field;

b. Knowledge of the Cinnaminson Sewerage Authority and the subject matter to be addressed under the contract;

c. Availability to accommodate any required meetings of the authority;

d. Compensation proposal;

e. Other factors if demonstrated to be in the best interest of the Cinnaminson Sewerage Authority.

Proposals must comply with the following:

·    Furnish complete information addressing each of the selection criteria listed above.

 

·    Clearly reference on the outside of the sealed envelope the service listed above for which the proposal is being submitted including the applicable RFP number prominently visible.

 

·    The contractor shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) regarding Affirmative Action.
